A leading Wall Street bank in the City recruits top quality graduates who are highly intelligent and show enormous potential. However the colossal demands of the urgent, high speed world of investment banking is very different from even the most demanding college course. We were asked to train them on the skills of personal time planning and priority management, as specifically required in the environment in which they are required to achieve. We gave them many techniques, drawn from our experience and knowledge of the business, which they have since been using to good effect.
